Access to the Substitute Handbook

When accessing the system via the phone, your user id is your employee number, without the leading zeros. Your employee number is located on your ID badge. Your six digit PIN was created by you during phone registration. If you cannot recall your PIN, please contact suboffice@hayscisd.net to have it reset.
Guest Teachers: If you find the you can no longer log into the system, your profile may be "expired" in the system. This means that you have been removed from service.
Removal of Service as stated in your employee handbook: "A substitute who has not accepted at least 4 jobs per month will be considered inactive and will be removed from the active calling list."
If you are expired, please contact the substitute office for assistance.
